Am I a GlowUp employee?
No. You work as an independent detailer: you set your availability and choose which bookings to accept. GlowUp brings the customers and handles scheduling and support.
How much can I earn?
You earn a set amount for every job, based on the package and vehicle size — for example, $75 for a Signature detail on a sedan, which takes about 1.5–2 hours. Add-ons and condition fees are paid on top.
Do I need a van?
No. Any reliable vehicle that fits your equipment works.
Do I use my own products?
Yes. You bring your own equipment and professional-grade products, and follow the GlowUp standard checklist on every job.
How do I get jobs?
Once you’re certified, you receive booking requests in the areas you cover and accept the ones that fit your schedule.
What about insurance?
We cover insurance requirements during onboarding so you and our customers are protected.
